Hasi's blue and yellow colors come from blue pea flower and turmeric root. Both with their own line of health benefits (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, respectively.), these agents of visual creative give purpose to their slogan "Art is in Bread" while supporting vitality of body and mind.

They source their turmeric from small farms in the Andhra Pradesh region of India. It's milled to order and contains 2x the curcumin content (anti-inflammatory component) over most store bought.

Their pea flower is sourced from Thailand and gives our bread a striking blue color while offering antioxidant properties. Marbled together and you have a delicious sourdough, saturated with health benefits.
